mom n dad r live in gujarat.and property also in gujarat. they have 2 daughter n 1 son.all r married. but their son's wife hurressing to all fmily mentally n commercially. thats why mom want to transfer the property in 1 daughter name by gift.ia it safe? is it possible for cristen person?
