What star wars battlefront game had this world?

I haven't really gotten into the whole star wars storyline but I'm guessing it's the one that hans solo got frozen in. It was a battlefront where you couldn't play as jedi but they were in the war with you, I know thats probably battlefront 1 but I played it and couldn't find the world. I'm pretty sure for the jedi it was hans solo and the bad jedi it was darth vadar. The layout of the world looked like it had buildings for a metropolis, and it would have a ground level, but the ground level was surrounded on all sides by pathways that would be considered the 2nd-3rd floor with windows looking out on the ground level.

Car A/C problem. Light comes on but Compressor doesnt engage?

I have a 1991 Toyota Tercel with factory a/c. When i push the A/C button, the light comes on but the compressor doesn't engage. Now it uses a magnetic clutch to engage the a/c. The first thing the Haynes book says to check is the relay switch way the hell up under the dash. But im wondering, if the light comes on, is the relay switch still good? Good question. I have also noticed computers in the real world aren't as fast as the specs on the CPU's would imply. I remember the switchover from Intel's P3's to P4's and it was an enormous difference, not like the seemingly incremental improvements of today. I think part of the problem is the operating system. MS hasn't fully optimized Windows 7 for multicore processors. Clock speed seems to have been brushed aside in pursuit of more cores for the sake of power and cooling. Clock speed does improve everyday computing more then just adding cores. The other problem is that they need to change to graphene substrate as you suggested. As soon as they switch over to graphene we will be seeing cool, power efficient CPU's running over 10 Ghz. When that will be I can't tell you but I have heard it should be in the next two to three years.

1994 dodge shadow engine swap 3.0L 5speed.?

ive had this dodge shadow about a year and a half. my throwout bearing was going but i wasnt gonna tear the motor out to just change it unless i was putting a new motor in it. So i bought a motor from a junkyard it came out of a 1995 chrysler lebaron with only 60,000 miles on it. i bought new clutches, new water pump, new plugs and wires, and distributor. and tore the old one out and put the new one in...which went pretty damn well and i was happy with the job. it fired up first try but i have a miss. not a constant miss but a hesitation. it seems to clear up over 3000rpms. but not always its weird. does anyone have any suggestions or anything on what could be wrong. i really need this car to run. i like it alot. its been a damn good car and i wanna get atleast another year or 2 out of it. so PLEASE anyone. thank you for reading

Chevy colorado cooling issue?

I have had a hell of a time getting this truck cooling properly. I put in a new thermostat, that I know will open and close as I tested it before it went into the truck. This is what I did. Removed lower radiator hose to drain fluid. Removed the hose from the t-stat. Unbolt t-stat. Bolt new t-stat in place. Put a brand new radiator hose on. Filled truck up with dex-cool. Now here comes the problem. I left radiator cap off and started engine. Left the engine runnig for 30 minutes. T-stat never opens. The top radiator hose is hot. You can put your finger in the top of the radiator it is hot, however the bottom hose is not hot at all. And seeing as the bottom radiator hose is directly connected to the t-stat, it cant get hot enough to open, even though the temp gauge is over half way up. I have also installed a new water pump and fan clutch. Which I know work, cause if I take the t-stat out and put an empty housing in does the opposite and dosent get hot enough and the computer goes nuts. What the heck am i doing wrong here

Best way to trouble shoot starter issues...?

I got an old 96 Suzuki Bandit that was having starting issues. Had to work the clutch lever sometimes to get it to start. Cable clutch, not hydrolic. So I thought the problem was in the safety switch in the clutch lever. I jumped that out but it changed nothing. There is no turn over at all. I checked the kickstand and neutral safeties also. Where do I go to now? Starter switch? Battery connection to starter? When it did fire up it was solid, just had to pump the clutch a few times.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me an average cost to replace an entire clutch assembly on a 1999 VW Beetle. I was quoted $975.00 + tax for the whole job from my regular mechanic. That price breaks down to 6 hours @ $70.00 an hour = $480.00 + $500.00 for the whole clutch assembly (5 different parts). I've used this mechanic for years and always felt he was fair, but I just bought a used Beetle, the clutch went the day after I paid for it, and now I'm questioning such a high cost for this repair. Rpm's on my manual transmission 2000 Jetta dip when clutch is engaged.?

Here's some more details. Whenever I put the clutch in, or when i start the car, and the transmission is going down from higher to right around idle, they dip too low and then shoot back up to where they're suppose to be when the engine is idling. When that happens the engine acts as if its going to die for a second until the rpms kick back up. I don't really know what to look for or anything I could do to help this, so any suggestions will help!

Why is my 2008 Suzuki GS500F idling high?

Sorry, the details of this are a bit long. I started this project because I had backfiring through one of the carbs (it's a dual carb motor) and issues with the idle slow to return at a stop. With the high idle, if I slowly released the clutch while stopped, the idle would come back down and stay down. My first fix was re-shimming an exhaust valve which is now within specifications. After that I moved to synchronizing the carbs. At first this was a challenge because the idle was everywhere and the gauges fluctuated everywhere. Then, out of nowhere, the idle jumps to 5000 and stays there. If I put it in gear and hold the brake, as if I were stopped, the idle comes down, but jumps back up as soon as the clutch is pressed. The good thing here is that the idle is consistent enough at 5000 that I could synchronize the carbs. The bad is that I now have synched carbs and a 5k idle. I have adjusted the idle nob at the bottom, it is not even touching. The throttle cables have free play so they aren't the issue. I am confuzzled. Any ideas would be great. Thanks

You should never hold the clutch in even if your in the manual position while your in motion it's not good on the tranny. as your coming into a corner depending on your speed which in most cases isn't gonna be ridiculously fast your should be able to put it into 2nd gear. I overheated the engine (separate problem) & still was able to drive & park it for a few days. I came back a few days later & the back wheels are locked up. The car is front-wheel drive. It is not the regular disc brakes (we took the caliper off one side with no change). We are pretty sure it isn't the emergency brake (it seems to be working fine) & it isn't the clutch. It goes into gear & "tries" to go, but the rear wheels won't let it budge more than a centimeter. Suggestions? Sounds like a leak in either your clutch master or slave cylinder, or both. Fill up the master cylinder and then open the bleed nipple on the slave, and let the fluid run until there is no air bubbles coming from the slave. Make sure that the master does not run low on fluid. Now see if you have an operating clutch.

Hydraulic line leak, need a way to patch it up so clutch pedal can work?

so i got an 02 chevy cavalier and the clutch pedal went to the floor. i found out that it was the hydraulic line containing some air and not letting the fluid pump through. i found the leak and it just a small pinhole doing the problem. i dont want to pay $230 for a new line so is there any solution to patch up the line with something simple as tape? think of it as a beach ball filled with water and you want to stop it from leaking but something to withstand heat. thanks

I have trouble getting it into gear when I first start it up in the morning but after pumping the clutch a bit it gets a lot better and doesn't grind. I have been noticing the grab point had been getting closer to the floor but its almost to the point now that the clutch is not all the way in when I put it to the floor. Car clutch in gear trouble?

hey everyone i have a 1995 Holden commodore vs series one manual OK sorry this is quite hard to explain recently my cars clutch has started to go so its burning out however i cannot seem to make the car move at all if the clutch has burned out on a manual car it is still possible to drive without a clutch isn't it but when i do that specific technique where you put the car in 1st gear and turn it off then turn it on and sort of quickly push the accelerator it will go but my car seems to do nothing at all example when i turn the car off and leave it in first gear and do not push the clutch down how you normal would the car does not jump forward at all just sits there like it is in neutral it starts perfectly and such just doesn't move at all in gear. People have suggested to me it could be the fly wheel or the transmission but where not quite sure P.S its a cable clutch if that helps a bit anyway thanks for anyone opinions on this sorry if it is confusing and doesn't make sense its quite hard to explain

Triumph Daytona 675 will not start......?

Yesterday, my 2008 Triumph Daytona 675 would not start for the 1st time, after push starting it and riding it for a while, it would not start again. Bought a brand new battery from the Triumph Dealership and put it in, and it still would not start. Took it to a local auto parts store and they tested and charged it, put it in and it still will not start. Dash and lights turn on fully. In Neutral, with the clutch down, when I push the starter, it makes a single click noise and a quite long squeaking noise. Any help???

I have certain ingredients that will settle to the bottom. I don't know a name of or type of company that helps develop a commercially sellable product.. I can't afford an expensive cost. I need high quality and cost low. I know that's what everyone wants but that is what I need. The mix can be made with or without the liqueur in it. The mix is the real product, the liqueur for the alcoholic version can be purchased from another company. I do not have to make liqueur. It will be a much lower cost if I sold the non alcoholic version first. It would be like selling margarita or bloody Mary mix.

New manual transmission driver, need some help...?

It doesn't hurt. It gives you a smooth transition between gears. As for depress the clutch all the way in, you don't have too. You need to find a sweet spot where the clutch let you shift. Normally, I depress the clutch about 1/2 to 3/4 in and shifting gears. It is a lot faster shifting than depressing all the way in. One thing, you can always shift from gear to neutral without having to depress the clutch.

hey, i have a fiesta 1.1 1993. i have had a service done to it about 6 months ago and got told my emissions was at 600 grams < i think thats the word for it. the maximum is 300 so its double the maximum. when i get out of the car after driving i smell alot of fuel. and if i rev my car a load of black liquid comes out of the exhaust. and my exhaust is very black at the tip of it. but there is loads of it and all of a sudden my battery light has came on. some times it stays on when my car is cut of and keys out. but my car goes flat over night. so the light might just be that my altinator has gone. the car did cut out on me when i came to the end of a road when my clutch is in. revs drop to 1000 rmp then goes up and down up then goes to 0 rpm. i pulled the acceleration tight so problems ok but must be a problem some where. but i dont no what it could be. thank you for reading. Question about A/C system on Ford Explorer?

2000 Ford Explorer with the 4.0 and automatic transmission. 140,000 miles. Okay, sometimes the A/C works, and sometimes it doesn't. It first started getting finicky when going down the highway. Acceleration from 40-55 or so would completely kill the A/C system as in it would still blow air but it would be warm. Now it's staring to blow warm air at random. Most of the time it's still cold but just has hick ups where it's warm. When it's cold though, it's cold. I'm having a debate with her stupid uncle because he's saying the system needs to be recharged. I say NO! It's the compressor or the clutch that's going bad. What not to do when driving a stick shift?

I've driven only automatics since I've had my license. I recently when car shopping and found an awesome deal on a sweet car. I couldn't pass it up. The problem is the car is a stick shift. Everybody says it's not very hard to learn. I haven't had too much trouble but I do have a few questions about what not to do. Things that are bad for the car. Any info would be great. When yielding, after being in second gear, should I slow down and shift to neutral or just stay in second gear through the turn? (Assuming I'm not stopping just slowing down to yield) Also, when down shift do I have to depress the gas while releasing the clutch as I would when shifting up a gear or just depress the clutch? And while down shifting can I be slowing using the break or release the break while depressing the clutch? And can I shift into neutral from any gear? The answer to those questions and any other helpful tips would be appreciated. :D

Are there home cures to take shallow scratches from a windshield?

During the winter in Houston, the roads were sanded.There are a few shallow scratches on the driver's side of the windshield. I can not see the scratches directly. I have to look from the side to see the scratches.I can only see the scratches if the sun or if light shine on that area. I have used 0000 steel wool with soap and it just left the windshield clean.I have also tried a commercial shinning compound. Again, it just cleaned the glass. I flirted with the idea of using super fine wet sandpaper.Since the scratches are not deep, I was told to try toothpaste, it did not work. I have also heard of jeweler's rouge with a soft cloth. I tried to have it done commercially.I can not seem to locate anyone in the Houston, Texas area that can take care of this issue.I would appreciate thoughts from you professionals or weekend tinkers. For what it is worth, my father went to sleep last may at the age of 91. He purchased a MB in 1986. It had 92,000 original miles. No dents etc until I drove the car from Maryland to Houston. The windshield had few dings from the trip from Md to Houston.
