LA casting site and agent?

ok so i recently got an email from the agency that i had an interview , which she had already said she was interested in me and on the email it said she would like to represent me commercially.It explained all this stuff and then said "Let's get started asap by getting you on our roster on LA Casting", and then "if you dont have one email me and I'll make one for you. She also said they dont get payed untill I do.so i kno LA casting charges monthly is she gonna make me pay or do i get it free cause I'm with them now? btw its called fcta(first class talent agency) any reviews ?
