How do I rig a small Briggs an Stratton engine in a small boat?

I need a small clutch or throwout bearing between the motor and shaft, but I can't locate one commercially. I know something like this exist, but I don't know where to look. I asked the question at a paid answer site, but they wouldn't tell me because of liability issues.
