Does your Husband drive commercially with a pacemaker and difibulator.?

I drove a truck for almost 20yr and a year ago I had to have a pacemaker and difibultor put in my chest. DOT told me that I can't drive anymore with this thing in my chest. Does your husband drive with one and if he does can you advise me on how I can drive with one.
